    Everyone from water works that I have had perform work at my house has been professional and courteous. I get a phone call from the office notifying me that the service tech is approximately 1/2 hour from knocking on my door, the two hour service appointment windows (between 8-10 A, 10-12P, etc) are accurate, and if Water Works is running behind, you get a phone call letting you know the new time period. The caliber of the work has been excellent. Information from the field service people has always been spot on and more informative and accurate than other contractors.

    Overall I would include Water Works in a very small circle of contractors that realize that service to the clients and superior workmanship is the recipe for repeat business.
