  Most horrible experience. My son came to Er with croup. Couldnt breath. Everyone super slow. I had to keep saying to them they needed to speed it up. Nurses kept coming in to give meds but dr. never came in to tell me what they were giving my son. Then when she did come in I asked her why she didn't explain to me what they were giving my son and her response there was a lot going on. Then when my son finally fell asleep she came in to wake him up and get him upset so she could check inside his throat. During which time she kept swiping him with the tools and getting him more upset which was activating the croup again. Not gentle. Awful service. Truthfully dr. didnt even seem like a real physician.
